Born on 29.03.1972  in a farmer family  at Perambalurin    Trichy  District of Tamilnadu.His father and mother are MrRangaraj  Reddiar and Mrs.lndirani.  During his boyhood,  he had his school studies in an ordinary  Government school  and with his built in spirit made him take every challenge as a stepping stone  for his upliftment of his family life.

After completion  of his school studies,  he moved to Coimbatore and continued his college studies  in Coimbatore   CBM College, where he took up interest in BSc(Chemistry.    His father started  a small rice mundy and later he joined after  completion of a college course in his father’s  business.  As it did not went well, he had turned his eyes on cement trading  and the christened name of the shop was Janaki  Traders. Then he slowly started  trading in building related materials like cuddapah   stones.

As the business had given hope,  he started alone with his friend’s  construction activity initially  one or two house,  then row houses and villas.  As business was picking by, he formed in 1998 Sree Daksha  Property Developers.  he being the Managing   Partner started constructing apartments and villas.ln  2010,  due to the volume of business,   the company was converted into Private  Limited  Company as Sree Daksha  Property  Developers (India)  Pvt Ltd and he had taken charge as Managing   Director.

Now,  the company has started diversifying its business in another arena also. Aavishkhaar,   the furniture  showroom  is the brainchild of Mr.R.Mohan   and it has three  branches   as of now.
